LEAN Method Elevate is our brand NEW full length summer Challenge Program.
We’re adding to our tried and tested methodology that you know and love, with Combat Conditioning workouts from our brand new trainer and professional Muaythai Fighter and Coach, Han. We've also turned up the intensity on our Pilates, Strength and Cardio workouts for guaranteed burn, infectious energy and real results. The hybrid combination of workouts will challenge you to your core and leave you feeling confident, fearless and truly empowered.
LEAN Method Level 7 is our most advanced and challenging program yet, designed for those ready to level up their fitness journey. Over the course of 60 days, you'll experience a powerful blend of advanced training styles led by Lilly and our team of expert trainers, including:
- Intense Pilates (plus at-home Reformer) and Barre
- Strength Endurance
- High-Intensity Cardio incorporating Boxing and HYROX-style workouts
- Mobility to enhance performance and prevent injury
- Yoga including Power Yoga to build flexibility and core control
LEAN Method Level 6 is a shorter, 4 week Program and is designed for advanced levels. If you have been training for a while and want to step things up, then this Program is going to push you to break through any plateau.
We asked the LEAN community to vote for their favourite and most challenging workouts and we built them into one of our most intense and energising Programs. We have combined the best workouts from previous Programs including Strength, Pilates, Cardio, Barre and Yoga focusing on a higher intensity within a structure that guarantees real progress week on week.

LEAN Method Level 5 is designed for individuals ready to move beyond intermediate training and take the next step towards advanced fitness. This Program places a strong emphasis on Pilates and includes 7 diverse training modalities - Pilates, Strength, Cardio, Barre, Yoga, Mobility and Garuda - guided by 6 expert trainers.
Perfect for anyone seeking lower impact, knee and back-friendly workouts that are both high in intensity and challenging. Level 5 offers a balanced, progressive approach that delivers long lasting results.
Progress to LEAN Method Level 4 — our first 60 day Program, designed for those transitioning from intermediate to advanced levels of fitness. With the addition of new expert trainers, this phase introduces more styles of training including Reformer Pilates on the mat, Intermediate to Advanced Pilates, Muaythai-inspired fitness classes and Strength Conditioning. The new modalities are seamlessly combined with our signature LEAN Methodology of Pilates, Cardio and Strength, creating a dynamic, challenging, and effective program that keeps you progressing and motivated. Guided by our team, you’ll continue to build strength, endurance and confidence every step of the way.
Progress your fitness journey further with LEAN Method Level 3. This intermediate Program is perfect for those looking to continue building strength and improving overall fitness.
With a unique blend of Pilates, Cardio and Strength — all built around our proven LEAN Methodology — you’ll challenge your body in new ways while training from home. Our experienced LEAN trainers will guide you through each workout; helping you stay focused, motivated and confident as you advance.
Designed for those with an intermediate level of fitness. Using our signature hybrid model of training, we will guide you through an 8 week Program including an equal split of Pilates, Strength and Cardio sessions.
If you have been training for a while and want to try something new, or have taken a break from fitness and are looking to improve your full body fitness, this is the Program for you. We will be guiding you through every workout, to make sure you stay consistent and motivated. Go at your own pace, adjust as you need to and enjoy the feeling of getting stronger and fitter each week.
This 21 day Program is designed for those transitioning from beginner to intermediate fitness levels. The LEAN Method Level 1 is a shorter Program, designed as the perfect introduction to our tried and tested, science-based methodology. The workouts are 21 minutes in duration and as with all of our Programs, you have optional Activations and Finishers if you want to add an extra boost to your workout.
This Program features our signature hybrid model of training (Pilates, Strength and Cardio) with the addition of Mobility sessions to ensure that you ease into things safely, recover well and start conditioning your body for longer term training and sustainable results.
